Remarks:
(1) Cancellation of exhibition or conference attendance must be notified to the AFE Organising Committee in writing, by fax, postmark or email to [email protected].
(2) Cancellation requests received on or before April 15, 2026 will be subject to an administrative fee of US$200 per person.
(3) Those who notify by phone must also submit a written notification for follow-up. No refund will be given for any application received after April 15, 2026 or for those who fail to attend the exhibition.
